Description: Simple, quick protocols for labeling (ExoTracker) and isolating (ExoClean) extracellular vesicles (EVs) from biological samples*
Echelon’s ExoClean – EV Purification Kit and ExoTracker kits為標(biāo)記和純化外顯體和細(xì)胞外囊泡(EV)提供了一個簡單可靠的系統(tǒng)。(1)The ExoClean – EV Purification Kit (貨號:K-4300a )通過將沉淀試劑與微離心柱配對,取代了與基于超離心的純化相關(guān)的時間和設(shè)備成本,此外可以去除與其他沉淀技術(shù)相關(guān)的有害污染物。
(2)The ExoTracker kits (貨號:K-4300b -d) 使該系統(tǒng)的實(shí)用性更進(jìn)一步,可以用膜或RNA特異性標(biāo)簽標(biāo)記EV。

操作流程:
1:Collect EV sample
2:Centrifuge at 2000g for 10 min to remove any debris or cells.
3:Transfer supernatant and precipitate cleared sample with-K4301 for 30 minutes at room temperature with mixing
4:Centrifuge precipitated sample at 1500g for 30 minutes at room temperature.
5:Discard the supernatant fraction and resuspend the precipitated pellet in 1x PBS.
6:Apply the resuspended pellet to the equilibrated K-SPINcolumn and incubate for 5 minutes at room temperature.
7:Centrifuge the column at 500g for 30 seconds at room temperature.
8:Collect and examine the eluted, purified EVs.
